But how are they different? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well first, here they are in the order the were created: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>MYN (Master Your Now)<\/strong>\u2014 an advanced task or to-do list management system.<\/li><li><strong>1MTD (The One Minute To-Do List)<\/strong> \u2014a starter task or to-do list management system that works with MYN.<\/li><li><strong>Outlook Inbox Ninja<\/strong>\u2014an Outlook email Inbox management system that can be combined with the two above.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are Any of these Systems for You?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are new to my newsletters, you may not fully understand\nwhat these are and how they are different. You may wonder which, if any of\nthem, you should use. I\u2019d like to answer that here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First of all, my target audience for all three systems is\nthis:<\/strong> the overworked, overwhelmed, or over-extended office worker or\nmanager. If that sounds like you, then one of these will work for you. In these\nsystems, I am helping people who have too many tasks and\/or too many\ncommunications, including an overloaded email Inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>But Which of the Three Should You Use?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>I tell\nmost people to start with 1MTD (The One Minute To-Do List). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a simple to-do list system that you can learn and implement very quickly. If you have fewer than 100 open to-dos, then 1MTD will work for you. It uses an intuitive &#8220;urgency zone&#8221; approach to prioritize your tasks and to help you focus. It\u2019s a good way to start on any of the three systems and you can grow from there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To learn 1MTD you have several choices:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you like to read, my <em>One Minute To-Do List<\/em>\nbook will get you going in just a few minutes.
