I&#8217;ve created a new free video (within my Outlook Inbox Ninja Course) that shows you how to do this. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michaellinenberger.com\/InboxNinja\/index-super-ninja.html\">Go to this link<\/a> and scroll down to free video lesson 8.6, you don&#8217;t need to own the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are Quick Action Buttons?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quick Action buttons are those buttons at the right edge of each email item in the Inbox that take action on the email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, Windows Outlook comes with only two buttons: <br><strong>Flag and Delete (the trashcan icon).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.michaellinenberger.com\/images\/flag-trash.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"86\" height=\"47\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You see these when you hover over the right end of a message.
