Outlook Tip: Use Search Folders to Collect Categorized Mail
Search Folders are a Windows Outlook feature that allows creation of virtual folders in your folder list. Search Folders can be used to create folders that show only mail that meet certain search criteria. The folders appear within and under the Search Folders group in the Folders Pane on the left side of your Outlook window, as shown below.

They are easy to create, and one of the best ways to use them is to create folders that correspond to certain Outlook categories that you regularly use.
